Construction Rehab Update

We are pleased to announce that we have finished all interior rehabs inside all apartment buildings and are we now moving on to townhouses. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Carlos at 781-581-7106 and choose option 2.

Manager’s Notes

When visiting the management office, please ring the office doorbell first. We will then communicate with you through the intercom system. Once we do so, we will need to buzz you in, so wait until you hear a few click, click noises, and then pull the door. Thank you.

Please also remember our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We are closed to the public on Wednesdays. Our lunchtime break is from 12:30 to 1:30 PM. Thank you.

If you have a change in your telephone or email address and would like to update us for our Robo Call system, please call Anita at the Resident Council Office at 781-581-7102.

Welcome to the King's Lynne Apartments FAQ section! Below, we've compiled a list of commonly asked questions and their corresponding answers. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to assist you.

  • A: Yes, King’s Lynne is a smoke free community. Smoking is not allowed in any apartments, townhouses, common areas or backyards at King’s Lynne Apartments

  • A: Per the Lynn Fire Department, we do not allow matts in front of apartment doors in the buildings as this posses a trip hazard should there ever be a fire. We thank for you for your cooperation with this important matter.

  • A: If you need to purchase a laundry card, please do so at the management Office located at 115 O’Callaghan Way. The gym at the community building (is only for filling laundry cards not purchasing them).

  • A: It is crucial to have a King's Lynne parking sticker to your vehicle as it helps in proper identification and ensures smooth parking within our community. Failure to display the parking sticker may result in your vehicle being towed. If you require assistance in obtaining or renewing your parking sticker, please don't hesitate to contact our office or visit us with your vehicle's registration for further guidance.

  • A: Yes, King's Lynne has a strict no pet policy.

  • A: Each resident with a vehicle must have a parking sticker to park at King's Lynne.

  • A: Parking stickers can be obtained at the Management Office.

  • A: Please bring a current copy of your vehicle registration when visiting the Management Office to obtain your parking sticker.
