Annual Holiday Decorating ContestšŸŽ„āœØ

We would like for everyone to take part in our Annul Holiday light contest! This is the time of year when the property comes alive with creative, colorful displays of lights for all to enjoy. It is easy to participate, and you could win a cash prize.

How to enter:

Decorate your home, whether it is an apartment balcony or a townhouse. We ask that you do NOT staple or nail any items to the side of the buildings at any time. **You can use tape or command strips. Have your lights on between 5:30 pm and 6:30pm on Wednesday December 18th. The Management staff will drive through development on that date and time and choose the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. It is that easy!

This year we will be offering additional prizes:

  • Balconies will be 1st place $75.00, 2nd place $50.00, and 3rd place $25.00

  • Townhouses will be 1st place $75.00, 2nd place $50.00, and 3rd place $25.00

We will contact the winners on Thursday December 19th. Ā”Good luck and have fun decorating your homes for the Holiday Season!

Renovation Project

The renovation project at 28 Nottingham Court in the hallways is almost complete. We will then move on to 25 Magner Road. Look for new paint, new door numbers, new flooring in the hallways, stairways, and lobby areas.

Halloween Candy Giveaway

This Halloween, our Kingā€™s Lynne team spread some sweet joy by handing out 250 full-sized candy bars and Skittles to kids at the front entrance of the property! Sue Vacchio, Kelly Domeniconi, Norelis Diaz, and Tom McMaster gathered at the sundial, where children from three nearby schools on Oā€™Callaghan Way pass by each day.

It was a beautiful day, and the kidsā€™ excitement was contagious! Who doesnā€™t love a surprise treat of chocolate and Skittles? Thanks to everyone who helped make Halloween extra special at Kingā€™s Lynne this year!

Managerā€™s Notes

Snow Removal

In preparation for upcoming winter weather, we want to proactively remind all residents about our snow removal procedure. Once a snowstorm has ended, please be prepared to clear off your vehicle. Our Robo call system will contact you one hour prior to our snow contractor arriving to clear parking lots. At that time, you are expected to clean off your car and move it to a clean spot. Failure to move your vehicle will result in your car being towed. We need everyone's cooperation for the process to go smoothly and for the parking lots to be cleared of snow for everyone's safety.

Usually there are four pick- up trucks plowing at the same time, two trucks will begin at the top of the property and two will plow at the bottom clearing spaces simultaneously.

*** It is VERY important that we have an updated telephone number for you as a way of contacting you for emergencies and important information in our community. Our One Call Now system aka Robo call allows us to contact you the way you wish to be contacted either by telephone, text or email (you choose). Please call Anita at the Resident Council office if you wish to update your information 781-581-7102.

Also, if you are planning to go away you must plan to have someone clear off your car and move it to a clean spot right after the storm has ended. Or plan to park your car off the property at a friend/relativeā€™s place as we will need to clear each space after the storm.

Please do not force us to tow cars as the cost is $150.00 and up per vehicle and the cost will be the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

We thank you all for your cooperation and if you should have any questions, please feel free to contact the Management Office at 781-581-7106.

Package Delivery Reminder - To ensure the safe and timely retrieval of your packages, we encourage all residents to monitor delivery dates and set up alerts with carriers such as Amazon and UPS. Once you receive a notification that your package has arrived, please make arrangements to pick it up promptly from the lobby. This will help prevent any issues with misplaced or unclaimed deliveries.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Maintenance Notes
