Waitlist for subsidized housing is now open!

The waitlist for our HUD Section 8 Project-Based Voucher program, offering 1-4 bedroom apartments, will be open from October 1-31, 2024. Interested applicants are invited to apply during this period for an opportunity to be placed on the waitlist via a fair lottery system.


The income eligibility requirements are as follows:

Application Pickup Dates and Times:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (October 1-31, 2024): 9 am to 4 pm

  • Saturday, October 12, 2024: 10 am to 12 pm

  • Thursday, October 24, 2024: 9 am to 7 pm

Ensure your application is submitted by October 31, 2024, at 4 pm to secure your participation in the lottery. Please use one of the following methods:

  • Drop off at the management office

  • Postmarked by October 31, 2024, if sent by US Mail

Our lottery will be held remotely on November 18, 2024, at 11 am.

A: No, pets are not allowed at our community. Sorry!

Q: Is smoking permitted?

A: Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or common areas. In fact, smoking is not permitted anywhere on our property except for the designated smoking area.

Q: Where am I on the waitlist?

A: While we do not provide position numbers for our waitlist applicants, we can confirm if you are still active on our waitlist and provide you with the date on which we received your application.

Q: How long will I be waiting on the waitlist?

A: Unfortunately there is no timeline for our waitlist applicants.

Q: How do I update my waitlist application?

A: Any updates must be made in writing and submitted to our Management Office. These updates can be provided via email, fax, or traditional mail.

Q: What are the next steps after I submit my waitlist application?

A: Our office will process your submitted application within 30 days. Once we’ve processed your application, you will receive a letter from us confirming that you have been added to our waitlist. We update our waitlist annually, and so to remain on our waitlist, please make sure that you respond to our annual update letter within the allotted time frame.

Q: What if I move or change my phone number?

A: Please be sure to keep us updated in writing on any changes in your contact information so that we can keep your application up to date on the waitlist.
